EVIO Charging is proud to celebrate another milestone following the official grand opening of New York State’s first privately owned Tesla Supercharger at Nanuet Town Centre. The ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together local officials, business leaders, project partners, and members of the community to mark a new chapter in the expansion of fast EV charging across the Northeast. The opening was highlighted by local media, including Monsey Scoop, recognizing the significance of the project for Rockland County and New York’s growing electric vehicle community.
A Milestone for EV Infrastructure
The Nanuet Town Centre Supercharger represents more than just another charging station. It demonstrates a new model for expanding EV infrastructure through partnerships between private charging operators and commercial property owners.
As the owner and operator of the site, EVIO is helping make Tesla’s world-class Supercharger network available through privately developed locations that benefit both EV drivers and property owners.
Built for Speed and Convenience
The site features eight Tesla Supercharger stalls capable of delivering charging speeds up to 325 kW, allowing drivers to quickly recharge while visiting the restaurants, retailers, and businesses located throughout Nanuet Town Centre.
With Tesla’s integrated North American Charging Standard (NACS) technology and support for many non-Tesla electric vehicles, the station serves a broad and growing EV community.
